Elite Wheels needed a fresh site layout and navigation structure to help customers more quickly and easily find the alloy wheels, performance tyres, fittings and refurbishment services they want. The brief called for an intuitive menu, cleaner product categorisation, visible filters, and product pages that reduce friction — especially on mobile devices — so buyers can find, compare, and order premium wheels or tyres without frustration.

Direct Ecommerce Focus & Inventory Accuracy
Rather than relying on third-party marketplace platforms like eBay, Elite Wheels wanted control over sales. The brief demanded a full ecommerce solution on a platform (Shopify) that ensures customers only see what’s in stock, with real-time inventory updates. This approach aims to reduce order cancellations, improve buyer trust, and maximise revenue from direct-to­-consumer transactions.

Mobile-Friendly Design & Integration with Paid Advertising
Given the high percentage of customers browsing and shopping on smartphones, the site needed responsive design and seamless performance across all devices.
